Much-experienced ex-CPA performs the hard stuff for CPA firms. I present your firm
with solutions for difficult income and estate tax issues.
Significant tax experience with doing what's best for the client and still finding ways to bill for it, including: entity structures and changes, corporate, pass-through and gift and estate tax planning.
My effort is to achieve tax savings along with finding justifications for the change or tax position.
I can assist with your hard tax jobs by consulting, reviewing returns, transactions and documents or preparing difficult tax returns.
I have been through the wars of IRS, state and corporate politics and egos and can navigate through them.
Ex-CPA because after the 2008 economic crisis, I lost my CPA practice and could not pay the CA State Board of Accountancy (CASBA) renewal fees. After 5 years of non- payment, a CPA licensed is cancelled.
Confirm this by searching in the CASBA website for: J.D. Hurley, license 33809, which says "cancelled" and then explains the 5-year rule.
My rates are reasonable and billable.
